You'll find yourself surrounded by the bustling streets, street food, and shops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with some even having a lovely balcony right at the center. The attention to detail is evident, with little touches like rose petals and balloons adding a touch of charm to your stay. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the fare, which offers a variety of options to satisfy every palate.

Exceptionally clean accommodation, incredibly attentive staff from the bell boy to the front desk to the kitchen crew and the manager. Magnificent and perfect location, near Old Quarter. Good-sized and huge room overlooking the street. Helpfulness from the whole staff. Incredible breakfast to start the day, GOOD food.

The room was modern, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and superb and provided with toast, Vietnamese dishes and ham. Location: the hotel was just off the center of the old town, many other major tourist sites and the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake.

The staff at Mercury Central Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One morning, we had an issue with our toilet cistern flooding and draining the bath water, but it was fixed immediately when we asked for help. The attention to detail and great ambience of the hotel made our experience even better. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast at the hotel was top-notch, with a great selection of delicious food. I would highly recommend Mercury Central Hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.

The total experience at Mercury Central Hotel Hanoi was absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from the Vietnam Military History Museum. We were thrilled with our decision to book a room with packed breakfast as there were plenty of delicious options to choose from.
